Quick & Easy Homemade Ice Cream Recipes - No Churn

Make the best ice cream at home, using your blender for a no-churn super delicious creamy summer treat. The high-speed blender blends all the frozen ingredients so that it’s ready to serve immediately. How’s that to instantly satisfy an ice cream craving?

These recipes are refined sugar free, and all plant based. If you’re not strictly vegan, you can replace the coconut milk with cow milk or yoghurt. Use fresh fruit and freeze at home, or use convenient frozen fruit to make these nice creams. Peel bananas before freezing, and freeze them in a container. Bananas are the best base for a soft and creamy dairy-free ice cream.

Both the OmniBlend 1.5lt narrow base and 2lt narrow base jugs are well suited for blending nice creams and smoothie bowls. The narrow base is designed to ensure a quick catch for a silky-smooth texture without adding much liquid. Use the tamper that is included with the blender to push the ingredients into the blades while blending on high speed. Using the tamper makes it possible to create a very thick texture, using only a little liquid.
